With vivid storytelling, poetic wordplay, genre-defying productions, and a beautifully unique voice, Madilyn Mei (she/her) has quickly become known for her innovative indie-folk twist on the bedroom pop genre. With more than 30 songs released in just 2 years - all of which written and recorded from her bedroom in Arizona - the 20-year-old singer-songwriter is building a fun, comforting, and magically whimsical world, relatable enough for anyone to immerse themselves in. 

Her conceptual EP titled ‘Where No One Knows My Name’ (2022) - based on real life - is a magical 6-track concoction that explores escapism in the form of a typical department store employee, dreaming of doing something more passionate and meaningful in life. 

Similarly conceptual, Madilyn’s debut album ‘To Exist with You’ (2023) explores Oblivion, a place unique to each person where long long friends live on, and where a person’s inner child is never forced to grow up. The album features a special collaboration with singer-songwriter Addison Grace on “Sleeping in the Kitchen,” as well as ‘reimagined’ versions of two of her older fan-favorite songs, “Let’s Be Friends,” and “To Exist With You.”

Singles “Blue Haired Boy,” “The Chapel,” and “The Milk Carton” all received massive reactions on social media, propelling her music into the ears of millions across the world, and helping her to land her first headline tour across the country in summer of 2023, and a 23-date fall tour supporting Addison Grace in fall of 2023.
